Was kinda boring..sick of doing project research. Hated discussions. Loathed Projects!
Man..this is the first project this year...am I dying that soon...? So I randomly surfing the net and found this. I did a survey on my own.


Depression Signs and Symptoms
Clinical depression is distinguished from situational depression by length and severity
-Feelings of helplessness and hopelessness YEAH!
-Loss of interest in daily activities WHAT IS SUPPOSE TO MY DAILY ACTIVITIES?
-Appetite or weight changes YEAH!
-Sleep changes (Either insomnia, especially waking in the early hours of the morning, or oversleeping ) YEAH! i CAN HAVE ENDLESS OF SLEEP..
-Psycho motor agitation or retardation (Either feeling “keyed up” and restless or sluggish and physically slowed down.) I AM RETARDED.
-Loss of energy (Feeling fatigued and physically drained.) SICK AND TIRED.
-Self-loathing I HATE ME.
-Concentration problems YEAH!


So after this survey it's obvious that I have depression right? Nah... if really it's true there will be a lot of depress people around. My main problem is.., no one understands me..even myself. I lose.
